WHAT DO I NEED TO PAY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MY POSITION ASSIGNMENTS?

Regardless of when your delegation registered, we must receive 50% of your registration invoice balance before position assignments can be distributed.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY SPOT AFTER APPLYING?

You must pay 50% of your registration invoice balance to do so. If you fail to pay by the date specified on your invoice, your delegation will lose its spot at the conference.

HOW SHOULD I SEND A PAYMENT?

GatorMUN only accepts checks. Upon registering, you will receive an invoice with further instructions on payment.

WILL I GET AN INVOICE AND PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS AFTER REGISTERING?

​Yes! After you have registered, you will receive an invoice via email outlining what you owe. After payment, receipts are available upon request.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ALREADY PAID FOR MY ENTIRE DELEGATION DUES, BUT SOME STUDENTS CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE CONFERENCE? WILL WE BE REIMBURSED?

If you inform us through email about the drops prior to the date specified on your invoice, we can issue you a new invoice and refund. We cannot issue reimbursements for any other scenario. ​
