About:
Nicholas Campione is a Junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in political science. He has been involved with UF Model United Nations since 2022 when he joined as a freshman. He has directed two committees previously and competed across the circuit. He is excited to participate in this year’s iteration of GatorMUN. Outside of MUN he enjoys clay shooting, surfing, and military history.
The Football War UNSC Committee:
Beginning in 1969 after the start of the 100 Hour (Football) War between EL Salvador and Honduras, delegates will represent member nations of the Organization of American States (OAS) as they attempt to stop (or provoke) the ongoing conflict. Delegates will be officially tasked with attempting to broker a peace deal between the warring parties and prevent the conflict from escalating.
